WEBSITE DESIGNER - Part Time

Key Results:

§  Designed and created websites for individuals that needed a website to better market their selves or to improve their private business.

§  Developed websites using HTML, CSS, PHOTOSHOP and JAVASCRIPT.

§  Performed Manual Testing for all the websites against Netscape, Internet Explorer and Opera browsers as requested.

§  Built Websites for BaysFinestBabes.com, Scintillating Entertainment (now defunct), Slippery Girl Magazine (slipperygirl.com), Brooklynthemodel.com (now defunct), WebCamGirls (now defunct) and other modeling websites (all defunct). 

§  Utilized Skype and Gmail web video chat to communicate project requirements, change requests, and progress reports to customers in Missouri and Florida.

Search Query Judgment Tester - Contractor

Key Results:

§  Helped streamline a manual testing process that contributed to higher-quality search engine results based on the type of keywords used in differing Yahoo subjects such as News, Sports, and General knowledge against the yahoo test mainframe and live yahoo user interface.

§  Helped improve the level of relevance and quality in Yahoo’s – MS Bing Search engine merger.

§  Constantly trained and attended training meetings to improve testing quality and completion times.  These meetings were also used to update our senior members with oral reports on testing and procedural implementation as needed to improve overall testing quality, speed and prevent data inaccuracies, which could affect search algorithm’s used to produce accurate search results.

Senior Lead QA Engineer

Key Results:

§  Responsible for Testing Logistics, AES Customs, Administrative Security, and Export Compliance in a SAAS Environment for large companies such as Neiman Marcus, Liz Claiborne, General Motors and Mitsubishi.

§  Managed and tested up to 8 different ongoing projects throughout the release cycle.

§  Managed the engineering, testing and release of all customer escalations and code fixes for legacy code and discontinued projects.  Assured that the issue was signed off between each responsible engineer and Project Manager throughout the fix release certification.

§  Trained our Remote (India) Testing team on all Legacy code and discontinued projects and new employees on projects as they are developed.

§  Became the Acting lead of a small test team which provided testing support to members of QA, Engineering, IT and Product Management upon an as needed basis to accelerate and improve testing for projects throughout different stages of the product lifecycle.

§  Developed test cases, test plans and test procedures for all projects I was the lead for, based on Project Management’s input, Specification Requirements, and pretest software versions.

§  Created and helped-to-write product and engineering specification requirements based on customer, project management, and engineering input.

§  Responsible for XML and EDI mass data testing with and without WebMethods conversion software.

§  Reviewed and reported on software stability in third party software acquisitions prior to determining a solution for merging the software with our current Logistics software and database.

§  Developed Silk automated Acceptance testing for legacy software.

§  The AES Customs Compliancy Lead Tester; which required skilled knowledge of AES Customs and standards.  Developed Test scenarios which generated various documents and reports which are dependent on AES data.

§  Tested “Open Harbour Inc.” document and trade order database retrieval software.   Testing against a UNIX box using EDI and XML data documents by generating test scenarios using SQL and Unix commands to produce data driven reports.

§  Tested the LCPRo  - letter of credit global management messaging, Swift messages, and documentation manager used by Banks (such as BofA and City Bank), Customs Brokers, and Freight Forwarders

§  Data Migration Tester during Oracle database version upgrades, server upgrades and database restructuring cycles.
